B Well, a personalized and comprehensive health and wellness program, is available
exclusively to Busey associates. Our award-winning program is designed to help you cultivate
healthier lifestyle behaviors with the support of a variety of interrelated resources.

Busey opened a state-of-the-art wellness center on
our main campus in Champaign—open 24/7 to all
associates at no cost. To support associates outside of
the Champaign-Urbana area, Busey offers a monthly
gym membership reimbursement.
