Benefit Compensation Definition
Beneit Compensation is deined as your total
compensation that was reported on the prior calendar
year’s W-2 form. If you were hired January 1, 2020 or
after, your Beneit Compensation is your base wage
annualized.
Beneit Compensation is used to determine your life
insurance and disability premiums and beneit payments.
Medical and dental rates are based on your Beneit Level,
which may be viewed in UltiPro > Myself > Jobs > Job
Summary.
Below are your 2021 contributions broken out by
Beneit Level.
Benefit Levels 2–5
Bi-Weekly Rates POS 2800 CDHP POS 5000 CDHP
Associate only $34.02 $18.78
Associate + child(ren) $149.45 $121.47
Associate + spouse $209.65 $178.11
Family $278.92 $234.33
Benefit Levels 6–8

Please note: To make the CDHP more affordable
for families, Busey embeds the family deductible
which means as soon as one family member reaches
the individual deductible, coinsurance will apply for
that family member. The remaining family members
would need to satisfy the rest of the family deductible
(since family deductibles are two times the individual
deductible) for coinsurance to apply for the entire family.
