members. Please carefully consider the plan information provided in this document.
Busey ofers two medical plans through either Health Alliance or UMR. Both the 2800 CDHP and the 5000 CDHP plan design
will be identical with each provider. We understand paying the plan deductible up front under a CDHP may be overwhelming. To
help associates with this cost, Busey is providing two items which will be discussed later in this guide: HSA seed money through
B Well and a concierge vendor—Alight.
