If an associate is enrolled in one of Busey’s consumer-
driven health plans, they can choose to earn up to a
$750 HSA contribution* in addition to a $350 insurance
premium discount for the following year or up to
$1,000 in cash incentives. Those not electing medical
coverage through Busey can earn up to $1,000 in cash
incentives. Rewards for levels earned are paid out on a
quarterly basis.

* HSA incentives and associated levels are based on eligibility to open
an HSA account. Associates not eligible for an HSA will be eligible to
receive cash incentives. Please contact your Busey Beneits Team with
questions about qualiications with opening an HSA.
