Support Community Promise—
Volunteer
To encourage the continued support of our
Community Promise, Busey associates are empowered
to regularly participate in community service events.
All full-time associates are granted up to two hours of
paid volunteer time each month for service during their
scheduled weekday shift. Paid volunteer time cannot be
used for overtime.
To take advantage of this optional beneit, associates
must obtain supervisor approval to participate in a
volunteer event during normal business hours. Available
Busey sponsored opportunities are posted to the
Community Promise OTL page.
