VISION PLAN
TheBANK offers vision coverage through a self-funded plan to eligible
full-time, exempt, and oficer employees along with their dependents. Our
vision administrator is UMR. The vision plan acts as a reimbursement
plan, reimbursing you for certain vision services. There is no deined
network for the vision plan.
