go. Their network of Board Certified doctors are available 24/7 by phone or secure video to assist
with non-emergency medical conditions.

There is no copay for the PPO plan and no cost for the CDHP after deductible is met for both
medical and behavioral health visits when seeing an MDLIVE provider through BCBSIL.

When should I use MDLIVE?
„ Instead of going to the ER or an urgent care center for a non-emergency issue
„ During or after normal business hours, nights, weekends, and even holidays
