In the event of resignation of employment, and at least 12 months of

employment has been completed, and proper notice has been given and
completed by working their scheduled days, any accrued, unused vacation
will be paid. Employees (with the exception of those in Illinois) who are
terminated for whatever reason will forfeit any earned, unused vacation pay.
Illinois employees must receive earned, unused vacation pay.


Holidays

At your community, we observe six holidays per year. Our acknowledged
holidays include:


X New Year’s Day (January 1)
X Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

X 4th of July (the legal holiday)

X Labor Day (irst Monday in September)
X Thanksgiving Day (last Thursday in November)

X Christmas Day (December 25)


Holidays and Paid Time Off

An employee is eligible for a paid holiday after the completion of their
introductory period.


Due to the demands of scheduling, an employee may be required to work on
a given holiday.


Any employee who is absent from regularly-scheduled duties on a holiday will
not be paid for the holiday. Holiday pay is paid for the 24 hour period that is
deined by the facility.


If a holiday falls during a scheduled vacation, you will not receive holiday pay.
Holiday pay is only earned if you work that day.
