according to the following schedule,
based on the grade achieved:
Grade Full Time
A, B, or C 100%
D or F 0%
If you participate in a class which
only offers a Pass or Fail “grade”, you
will only receive reimbursement if
you receive a Pass for the course.
Employees who terminate
employment within 12 months of
completing a company-reimbursed
course, without moving to a sister
Americare Community, will be
responsible to Americare for all of
the costs paid by the community.
