Wellness Rewards




As part of NISC’s wellness initiative, you can earn wellness points by
engaging in a variety of health-related activities, which are reported

through the Vitality website. Points will be earned for activities completed
and reported between January 1 and December 15. Points earned will
determine employer HSA contributions for the following year. If you are
ineligible for an HSA, rewards will be distributed through payroll and are
subject to tax. You must be an NISC employee on the date of distribution
in order to receive wellness funds.


Points may be earned for a variety of activities in the following categories:

“ Education

“ Biometrics

“ Prevention

“ Physical activity

Bronze NISC monthly $
Silver: 2,500 Points NISC monthly $ + $200
Gold: 6,000 Points NISC monthly $ + $600
Platinum: 10,000 Points NISC monthly $ + $800

Ten percent of all points earned through Vitality each year will rollover as
a bonus at the beginning of the next year.
