PPO or Premier dental insurance. While we cover a high level overview of your dental beneits in

provider networks in the nation
X Simplicity: dentists in both of Delta Dental’s networks agree to ile claims for
you and your family; no paperwork for you
X Coverage: all Delta Dental network dentists agree to not charge up-front
for expenses covered by your plan; they may only charge you for deductibles,
coinsurance, amounts over the beneit maximum, and/or expenses not covered
by the Hussmann dental plans
X Savings: Delta Dental network dentists agree to accept a contracted
reimbursement and will not bill the patient for amounts over the allowed fee
