Flexible Spending Accounts 2017 Beneits Enrollment

(FSAs)

For those enrolled in the PPO plan, you continue to have the option to open a health
lexible spending account. FSAs are a great way to set aside pre-tax money to pay for
your out-of-pocket health, prescription drug, dental, and vision expenses.

For those enrolled in the HDHP, the limited healthcare FSA is an option to set aside
additional pre-tax dollars for dental and vision expenses, allowing you to use all of
your HSA funds on medical needs.

All employees are eligible for the dependent care FSA, regardless of their other
beneit elections. This account allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualiied
dependent care expenses.
