The initiative is part of the ongoing effort to advance human resources
practices in Dubai, aligning with the national vision of His Highness Sheikh

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of
the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to position Dubai as a global center for

innovation and creativity.

The report aims to address the future needs and expectations of Dubai’s
human resources sector and proposes solutions and tools to empower both

national talents and global professionals. It emphasizes the importance of
strategic partnerships with both the government and private sectors, as

well as the focus on sustainable development and community wellbeing.

The report reviews current human resources practices across Dubai’s public

and private sectors, identifying key drivers of change and expected
developments. Several human resources specialists from Dubai’s public and

private sectors also contributed to the report, shedding light on new
opportunities and challenges, and offering valuable recommendations.
