Elm Signs a MOU with the Royal Commission for AlUla

13 February 2023- Elm, a pioneer of digital solution, and the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of research, on the sidelines of LEAP 2023 held in Riyadh
from 6 to 9 February.

Eng. Amr bin Saleh AlMadani, RCU's CEO, and Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad Aljadhai, Elm's CEO, signed the
MoU, which provides a framework for bilateral cooperation in the fields of scientific research, development and
implementation of joint projects, and promotion of added value, in accordance with the aspirations and visions of
both parties and of the target entities in the governorate of AlUla.

The MoU states that RCU shall provide research requirements and permits, coordinate with stakeholders, and
determine methods to be used in research and studies.

For its part, Elm will conduct analysis; prepare, study, review, develop, and align projects and applied scientific
research of common interest; develop mechanisms to monitor implementation; coordinate activities; organize
workshops; and give presentations in scientific conferences as part of its partnership with RCU. Conducting
research on RCU's services and solutions will enhance their efficiency and highlight prospects for their
development.

Eng. AlMadani, RCU's CEO, stated that one of the MoU's objectives is to make Al-Ula a unique, international
destination for living, tourism, and business. He emphasized that through its partnerships and programs, RCU
