The Ministry of Sports has kicked off its first Customer Council of 2025, reaffirming its commitment to reducing
bureaucracy and enhancing service quality across the UAE’s sports sector.
Held under the Zero Bureaucracy Programme, the session brought together Minister of Sports Dr. Ahmad Belhoul
Al Falasi, Undersecretary Ghanim Mubarak El-Hajeri, and over 40 representatives from national sports federations.
The initiative aims to improve government services by directly involving stakeholders in decision-making.
Dr. Al Falasi highlighted the Council as a strategic tool for innovation and user engagement, saying it reflects the
Ministry’s participatory approach.
