Following the keynote, a panel discussion titled “How Transformative Technologies Are Rewriting the Rules of

Quality” brought together experts and practitioners in the fields of quality and innovation.

Panellists examined the impact of transformative technologies— including AI, automation, the Internet of Things (IoT),
and blockchain — in shaping the education, government, and industry sectors. They underscored that conscious and

informed leadership is essential for driving organizational change and achieving sustainable excellence.

Commenting on the event, Prof. Jamal Abu Rashed stated: “At HBMSU, we view quality as a forward-looking and
