Safer Roads During Ramadan

In a dedicated effort to enhance traffic safety and prevent accidents, Dubai Police has
distributed more than 325,250 iftar meals to motorists as part of the “Ramadan Without
Accidents” campaign.
Running since the start of the holy month, the initiative aims to curb reckless driving during
the moments leading up to Maghrib (sunset prayer)—a time when many motorists rush to
break their fast, often resulting in accidents.
