ServeU, a subsidiary of Union Properties PJSC, has announced the acquisition of House Keeping (LLC) and House Keeping Domestic
Workers (LLC), including their subsidiary, in a transaction valued at AED 100 million. Effective from August 2025, the agreement
represents a strategic milestone for ServeU, aimed at expanding its market footprint and enhancing operational capabilities across
the UAE.

Major Boost to ServeU’s Service Portfolio

With a workforce of over 8,900 employees, the company already manages a diverse portfolio that includes residential communities, commercial
properties, government facilities, and hospitality assets.

This latest integration will add substantial manpower and expertise, as ServeU seeks to deliver more advanced, integrated, and people-centric
solutions in response to changing market needs.
House Keeping (LLC) is recognised as the UAE’s second-largest provider in its sector, with a strong client network and solid domain experience.
The company employs 136 professionals in housekeeping and nearly 8,700 domestic workers. This performance aligns with ServeU’s strategic
priorities of value creation, service quality improvement, enhanced efficiency, and workforce development.
