Program To Develop Future Government Leaders

The Dubai Government Human Resources (DGHR) Department has officially celebrated the graduation and recognition of a select group
of employees from H.H. The Ruler’s Court, who completed the ‘Ta’heel’ program—a key initiative aimed at preparing second-tier
government leaders. The announcement reflects DGHR’s continued dedication to strengthening the emirate’s public sector capabilities by
equipping national talent with advanced leadership, technical, and behavioural skills.

The ‘Ta’heel’ program, designed and delivered by DGHR, is part of a broader strategy to upskill government employees, enabling them to
adapt to future challenges and contribute effectively to the UAE’s "We the UAE 2031" vision. This vision places strong emphasis on
nurturing human capital, promoting continuous learning, and building future-ready government institutions equipped to leverage artificial
        intelligence and emerging technologies.

Spanning three months, the program covered key themes such as strategic thinking, transformation management, AI implementation,
and change management. Graduates also completed final projects on topics such as career succession planning, employee wellbeing,
and productivity enhancement, applying their knowledge in real-world contexts to address current institutional challenges.

His Excellency Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the DGHR Department, underscored the significance of the initiative:

“H.H. The Ruler’s Court plays a vital role within the government framework and serves as a model of institutional
excellence. Through the ‘Ta’heel’ program, we reaffirm our commitment to developing national talent and
preparing them for excellence, positioning them as the next generation of second-tier leaders who will shape the
future of government work in Dubai.”

He added that the DGHR views this initiative as a strategic investment in human capital, directly contributing to the enhancement of
        government performance and future readiness.
