This agreement supports DGHR's ongoing efforts to equip government employees with

essential skills, ensuring they can effectively tackle challenges and boost professional

competitiveness. The MoC aligns with Dubai’s vision of strengthening its human resources

sector through innovative and future-oriented solutions.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of

DGHR, and H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD.

Al Falasi emphasized the importance of nurturing partnerships with government

organisations to promote continuous workforce development. He highlighted that the

collaboration would focus on improving behavioural competencies through educational

programs designed to prepare employees for the future.

Bin Ghalita echoed these sentiments, stating that the partnership would empower DLD’s

workforce with essential skills to navigate rapid changes and align with Dubai's strategic
vision. He stressed that the MoC would foster a dynamic and efficient workplace,

supporting Dubai’s competitiveness globally.

The collaboration will focus on innovative training programs tailored to meet the needs of

each department, along with studies aimed at fostering innovation and knowledge

excellence. DGHR will also provide comprehensive tools for competency assessments,

ensuring the holistic development of Dubai’s workforce.
