H&H Unveils Eden House Za’abeel, Expanding Its Luxury Brand in Dubai

H&H, a Dubai based real estate company renowned for its turnkey developments, is strengthening its flagship Eden House
brand with the launch of a new project in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Designed by the acclaimed DXB Lab in partnership with renowned designer Tristan Auer, Eden House Za’abeel marks a significant milestone in
the brand’s evolution. The project underscores H&H’s dedication to exceptional design and superior craftsmanship.

While Swissboring is the main contractor for the project, the MEP contractor is yet to be decided. The MEP contractor will be based on tender
process that will be begin later during the year.

While the construction is set to begin in July 2025, the construction is set to take about 30 months to be completed.
What does Eden House Za’abeel Offer?

Eden House Za’abeel is a 260 metre tall building with G+45 floors, offering a curated selection of high-end residences (including one, two, and
three-bedroom apartments) as well as a limited number of penthouses. Each unit features spacious layouts, exquisite finishes, and wrap-around
balconies, delivering both luxury and comfort.

The development places a strong emphasis on wellness, offering residents a comprehensive suite of amenities. Highlights include a wellness
courtyard, indoor wellness lounge, fitness facilities, movement studio, and a spa suite complete with a sauna and steam room.
