With the launch of Eden House Za’abeel, Dubai-based developer H&H reaffirms its position as a pioneer in curated,
design-led living. We sat down with Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H, to discuss the company’s latest project in DIFC, their
unique approach to development, and the growing importance of international investors.

Before we speak about Eden House Za’abeel, can you give us an overview of H&H’s philosophy as a developer?

H&H has always been very selective – we don’t take on projects unless we truly believe in them. We started back in
2007, and for a long time, we focused on delivering projects that were not for sale. That allowed us to fine-tune our
craft without external pressures. Now, as we step into the next phase, we do so carefully and intentionally. Our
philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. We only engage in projects that reflect our values – exceptional design, top
locations, and meaningful partnerships.
