How significant is the Russian-speaking market for H&H?
It’s very important. Russian investors, both individuals and family offices, have played a big role in our ecosystem.
What’s unique is that many of them aren’t just buying units — they’re becoming our partners in developing projects
from the ground up. Eden House’s first project attracted Russian buyers who truly understood quality. We even had
billionaires choosing to live in areas like Al Satwa – not typically associated with luxury – just because they believed in
our product. That speaks volumes.
How do you view the future of Dubai's real estate market, especially with speculation about a correction?
We haven’t seen signs of a slowdown in our segment. In fact, this June we’re expecting over 2,000 agents in Dubai —
not typical for summer. That tells you the market is still very strong. But if there is a correction, I believe it will affect
the mid-market more than the top-tier segment where we operate. Our projects are in the best locations with the
highest quality — those will always attract interest, especially from long-term investors looking for value and stability.
Final thoughts on what Eden House represents in the Dubai market?
Eden House is our way of elevating urban living — design-driven, detail-focused, and community-oriented. With
