Inspired by Nature and Urban Elegance
The architectural design draws inspiration from the native Ghaf groves of the site, seamlessly integrating natural elements into the urban
landscape.
Elegant, curvilinear forms, a textured concrete façade surrounded by greenery, and a rhythmic grid of balconies with curved handrails create a
balance between urban sophistication and simplicity.

Tristan Auer’s interior vision furthers this blend of design and nature, combining bold architectural forms with softer, ornamental details to
create inviting and refined living spaces.

Eden House Za’abeel encapsulates the brand’s DNA, merging tranquility with the dynamic energy of DIFC. The development offers residents a
peaceful sanctuary that remains closely connected to the vibrant pulse of Dubai. The building does not use glass facades, to reduce the
environmental impact.
