“As a gesture of goodwill and in appreciation of our customers’ patience
and understanding, we have extended cashback vouchers ranging from
Dh20 to Dh60. These amounts were determined based on the value of
the transaction fees and the length of the delay. The vouchers are
redeemable on customers’ next remittance transaction,” the company
added.
