Real estate company Sobha Group has entered a new business vertical with the introduction of
Sobha Energy Solutions, underscoring its dedication to delivering unparalleled services to
customers, marking a significant milestone in its backward-integration model.
The move also echoes the group’s efforts towards innovation, quality and sustainability.
The new business division will revolutionize cooling services with its state-of-the-art 40,000-tonne
cooling plant capacity. This infrastructure can support around 14,000 apartments within Sobha
Realty’s developments by 2027, thus exemplifying the developer’s commitment to innovation and
sustainability, reinforcing the company’s strong position in Dubai’s dynamic real estate landscape.
