The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has launched the Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) Program in partnership with Emirates NBD and ESCP Business

School, aiming to equip 29 Emirati finance leaders with advanced skills to drive sustainable

economic growth and institutional excellence.

The initiative aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which seeks to double the
Emirate’s economy, enhance its global investment appeal, and strengthen its position as a

financial and innovation hub.

H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, emphasized that the

program goes beyond financial skills development by fostering strategic leadership capabilities
