Professor Léon Laulusa of ESCP Business School added that the collaboration brings
together leading academics and practitioners to strengthen the skills of Dubai’s CFOs and

finance executives, building on the school’s global rankings in finance and executive education.

The five-month intensive program includes interactive training, realistic financial simulations,
field visits to leading institutions, career mentoring, and leadership discussions with global

experts. Participants engage with five core pillars: strategic thinking, advanced financial

management, business valuation, influential communication, and navigating global finance

trends.

Through this initiative, DGHR reinforces its commitment to advancing national competencies,

applying cutting-edge training methods, and enhancing Dubai’s competitiveness as a global

hub for finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
