On October 5, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR), in collaboration with Emirates NBD
Bank and the prestigious French ESCP Business School, launched the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Program to develop
the next generation of Emirati (UAE national) financial leaders. 29 selected candidates will participate.

The program is aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to double the emirate's economy over the
next decade, and aims to achieve sustainable economic growth and institutional excellence.

The five-month intensive program will focus on five areas: strategic thinking, financial analysis, corporate governance,
crisis management, and international financial trends, and will develop practical skills through case studies, on-site
training, mentoring, etc. DGHR has stated its policy of strengthening Dubai as a global financial and management hub
through innovative human resource development.
