Dubai, October 5, 2025 – In a significant move to strengthen the Emirate’s financial sector, the Dubai Government Human Resources
Department (DGHR) has launched the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Program in partnership with Emirates NBD and ESCP Business
School. The initiative is set to equip 29 talented Emirati leaders with the skills and expertise needed to lead Dubai’s evolving financial
landscape.

The program marks a major milestone in line with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to double the size of
Dubai’s economy over the next decade and cement its reputation as a global hub for investment, finance, and innovation.

The launch underscores Dubai’s commitment to building a new generation of Emirati financial leaders who can drive sustainable growth
and bring innovation to key institutions. By combining government vision with private sector experience and world-class academic
insight, the CFO Program reflects the Emirate’s focus on preparing its workforce for future challenges.
Spanning five months, the intensive program blends interactive in-person learning with practical simulations of real-world financial
challenges. Participants will benefit from field visits to top local and international institutions, individual mentoring sessions, and
leadership discussions with industry veterans.
