          Some employees to benefit from remote and adjusted

          schedules



          Dubai has confirmed a new flexible working policy for government employees
          during Ramadan, allowing remote work and reduced working hours.


          The announcement, made on Wednesday 26 February, ensures that public sector
          workers can balance their professional and personal commitments throughout the holy
          month.


          Under the new policy, eligible government employees will be allowed to work remotely for
          up to two days per week.

          In addition, those working in offices will follow an adjusted schedule, with work
          hours set at five-and-a-half hours per day from Monday to Thursday and just three hours
          on Fridays.


          This decision follows a similar announcement by the Federal Authority for Government
          Human Resources, which granted public sector workers across the UAE a reduced
