DGHR and SLC sign cooperation agreement to

reinforce legislative framework for Dubai

government’s human resources

Dubai, UAE, October 09 2024:

Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) signed a cooperation agreement with the
Supreme Legislation Committee (SLC) intending to strengthen their current strategic relations and raise the

standards of legal services and legislative systems pertaining to the field of human resources in the emirate.
The key objective of the agreement is to enhance the quality of various services by facilitating the continuous

advancement of legislation.
Furthermore, the agreement marks a new step in DGHR’s constant efforts to bolster the Dubai government’s
human resources division. It further seeks to foster an adaptive working environment that aligns with global

policies and practices, as well as a strong legislative framework that supports the future vision of Dubai. The
agreement is designed to promote an attractive foundation for creative talents, one-of-a-kind intellects, and

competitive experts around the world.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR’s

Department, and H.E. Ahmad Saeed bin Meshar Al Muhairi, SLC Secretary General.
