We have chosen Bhatia General Contracting, our parent company, as the main
contractor of the project and Benjelloun Piper, led by Benjamin Piper, as the main
consultant. Bhatia General Contracting is renowned for its wealth of expertise in high-
end luxury projects, including the Dubai Edition Hotel, Radisson Beach Resort and
Ocean House on Palm Jumeirah, and Hillside Villas on Jumeirah Golf Estate.

Owing to this extensive expertise and impressive track record, we thought that the
company would be an excellent fit for our ‘Fairmont Residences Solara Tower’ project.

Who will be the MEP-related contractors and consultants

working on the project?

As the MEP consultant for this project, we have chosen AESG, a company that has
extensive experience and technical knowledge in working on projects, including high-
rise buildings, hotels, and branded residences.

For MEP contractors and suppliers, we will carefully select the most qualified and
appropriate ones for the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower.
