For AC units, we are considering Daikin, Carrier, and York, while our Building
Management System (BMS) works will be from JCI, Honeywell, and Schneider.

For pumps, we are considering Bell & Gossett, Grundfos, and Flowserve, and for valves
we are opting Watts and Hattersley. Water treatments will be from Culligan and Water
Bird; Low voltage switchgear from Schneider, ABB, and Eaton; and generators by
Caterpillar and Cummins.

In addition, we will provide high-end fixtures for wiring accessories from MK, ABB,
and Legrand; light fixtures from Spain, Germany, and Italy (LEEDS, RZB, Thorn,
Sylvania); and sanitary fittings from Duravit or Hans Grohe.

What are the main challenges anticipated during the project, and

how do you plan to overcome them?

Structural challenges may emerge during the construction of this development due to
its distinctive architectural style, which has progressively larger terraces as the tower
rises. We are collaborating with global formwork companies to identify the best and
most innovative solutions while ensuring that project schedules and progress are not
impacted.
