Exclusive: SOL CEO Reveals AESG As MEP Consultant For Landmark Fairmont Project In Dubai - MEP Middle East
As a source for irrigation, we plan to use air conditioning condensation, which is a
sustainable approach that guarantees effective use of this water while contributing to
        environmental conservation.

Will the project utilise traditional cooling methods or district
        cooling?

We have chosen district cooling, particularly the one offered by Tabreed. This
centralised system improves efficiency and is in line with our dedication to
        sustainability.

Are there any other notable features, facilities, or amenities of
the project you would like to highlight?

Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is poised to set forth an extraordinary lifestyle. It
will feature one-to-four-bedroom apartments, exclusive five-bedroom duplex
penthouses, as well as expansive terraces and open areas that increase natural light and
offer breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline. The luxury amenities within this
development include a 40-metre-long swimming pool on the rooftop and a 60-metre-
long swimming pool on the amenity floor, which is designed with a beach concept.
Both these pools feature a pool bar that offers exceptional Burj Khalifa views.

        Additionally, the building will also include a shaded kids’ pool for family enjoyment;
lounge residence and restaurant on the amenity floor; two meeting rooms for business
or community gatherings; a golf simulator; indoor and outdoor kids’ play area; padel
tennis court; fully equipped indoor gym with external space and changing rooms; spa
featuring treatment rooms, steam rooms, saunas, and aqua therapy; and a cinema for
        entertainment.
