By offering an integrated training and exercise environment, the system further helps to improve

communication and coordination between different stakeholders to enhance joint preparedness. This
approach is designed to improve efficiency in responding to crises, emergencies, and disasters. Using

cutting-edge simulation tools, the system creates realistic exercise experiences, evaluates the needs for
exercise planning, and tracks the possibilities for improvements, which are all supported by an integrated

        database.

His Excellency Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management
Centre Abu Dhabi, said: "The launch of this system reflects our commitment to supporting Abu Dhabi
Government vision of establishing the Emirate as a leader in emergency and crisis management. Through

the provision of a comprehensive and diverse training system, the Centre aims to improve the joint
preparedness and flexibility of various stakeholders, thereby strengthening crisis response and ensuring

        public safety.”

"By creating proactive standards and policies, and successfully developing cutting-edge crisis management

systems, the Centre plays a crucial role in improving the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s resilience in the event of an
emergency. In line with the guidance of our wise leadership, we move forward at ADCMC by enhancing our

crisis response capabilities, formulating strategic plans that guarantee efficient emergency response, and
fortifying the capacities of specialised teams and empowering them with continued training," His Excellency

        added.

For his part, Khalifa Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Head of Exercise Evaluation Section at ADCMC, explained
that "The ‘Training and Exercise System’ has the potential to save time and reduce manual training, while
also improving coordination and collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Additionally, it makes data and

information easier to access, and allows for faster and more accurate support of scenarios through the use of
simulation tools provided by the ‘Crisis Management Platform.’ By automating processes, utilising intelligent

technologies, and intensifying collaborative exercises, the system will ultimately increase operational
efficiency and improve emergency responsiveness in an efficient and long-lasting manner.”

The Abu Dhabi Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Center (ADCMC) places a high value on

investing in the development of national talents and competencies through specialised training programs and
joint exercises aimed at improving crisis management skills. These efforts help the Abu Dhabi Emirate
achieve its goal of maintaining the highest levels of public safety and security, while also bolstering

        community protection.
