        India re-elected to UPU’s Council of Administration and Postal Operations Council at 28th Congress in Dubai, reflecting global trust in
        India Post’s reforms.

        India has been re-elected to both the Council of Administration (CA) and the Postal
        Operations  Council  (POC)  of  the  Universal  Postal  Union  (UPU)  during  the  28th
        UPU  Congress  held  in  Dubai. The  Ministry  of  Communications  described  this  as
        recognition of India Post’s leadership, reforms, and digital innovations, reinforcing
        India’s global influence in the postal sector.

          Global Confidence: Reflects the trust of the international community in India’s postal
          reforms.
          Leadership  Role:  Enhances  India’s  role  in  shaping  global  postal  governance  and
          technical operations.

        Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia said the re-election reflects
        India’s  growing  global  leadership  under  Prime  Minister  Narendra  Modi’s  vision,
        supported by the diplomatic efforts of External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar.
