192 UPU member countries. During the election process, 41 members are chosen for the

councils from five UPU regions.

Ahead of the Congress, the EMS Awards ceremony was held. “Azerpost” LLC, one of the

AZCON Holding companies, received the silver award for its efficient performance and ranked
among the top winners in the customer service category A.
