UAE Launches Fourth Civil Aviation Leaders Programme

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has started a special programme called TIPCAL – The International Programme for Civil
Aviation Leaders. This is the fourth time the UAE is hosting this event. The programme was launched on Monday by the General
Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) along with the Government Experience Exchange Office.
Who Is Attending the Programme?
This event has brought together more than 22 important people. These include ministers, directors general, and key decision-
makers from different civil aviation authorities around the world. They are all coming together in the UAE to share their ideas and
experiences.
The programme will run until 24th July. It will focus on showing the UAE’s strengths in aviation innovation, sustainability, and
government transformation.
