because aviation plays a big role in growing the country’s economy and making it strong globally.
He explained that the UAE always works hard to build strong international cooperation and share the best ideas and
practices with other countries. This helps everyone improve their aviation sectors.
        How Is Technology Changing Aviation?

He also mentioned that aviation is changing fast because of new technologies. Because of this, governments need to be quick
and smart in their decisions so they can keep up with these changes. They must use these opportunities to make aviation better
        and more competitive.
He said, “Through this programme, we want to create a place where leaders can talk and think together. They can come up with
new ideas and solutions to make the aviation industry more sustainable and competitive. This will help the UAE become a strong
global leader and a great partner in building a sustainable future for aviation worldwide.”

UAE As A Global Aviation Hub
Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, who is the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, said that the UAE is not only a big aviation hub
but also one of the largest producers of aviation fuel in the world. He added that as the world moves towards sustainability and new
technologies, the UAE is always ready to support global teamwork and create new solutions. This will ensure the aviation industry
grows responsibly and in line with climate goals.
        Empowering Future Leaders

He said that the programme shows the UAE’s strong commitment to helping future leaders learn and grow. It gives them a place to
learn strategic thinking, knowledge exchange, and leadership skills. This will help them lead the aviation industry towards a
        greener and stronger future.
He also said, “Through this programme and other initiatives, the UAE wants to become a trusted global partner. We want to build a
future where technology, environmental care, and developing human talent go together to create a strong impact for coming
        generations.”

the UAE has many successful experiences in civil aviation. The UAE wants to share these with other countries to help them
        grow their aviation sectors too.
