with WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, during GITEX Global 2025. This move allows EtihadWE to send customer bills and

payment alerts through a secure digital platform. As the first utility company on WAYN, EtihadWE ensures that customers

receive their bills directly in their personal WAYN account, known as a ‘WAYN’ ID.

Each ‘WAYN’ ID acts as a permanent digital mailbox linked to UAE Pass, offering residents a secure channel for official
communications from government bodies and service providers. Unlike traditional mail, WAYN guarantees messages only

from verified organisations, reducing spam or fraud risks. This initiative marks a significant step in enhancing customer

experience by providing a reliable communication method.
