Evaluation And Awareness Initiatives
All submissions are currently being reviewed for compliance with the awards’ submission criteria. Final assessments will be conducted by a
panel of academic experts from leading institutions, including:
1. Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences
2. Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG)
3. Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU)
4. Rochester Institute of Technology – Dubai
Winners will be announced in the final phase of the award program. The deadline for submissions is August 8, 2025.
Enhancing Awareness And Accessibility
DGHR has also announced plans to host a second awareness workshop in July 2025, aimed at updating participants on award
developments and introducing new features to the official website, including a dedicated page titled “Dubai Government HR Department
Research Awards” for seamless submission. The first workshop in May 2025 witnessed participation from over 350 attendees, reflecting
strong interest across the government ecosystem.
DGHR continues to encourage all Dubai Government entities to contribute to this pioneering initiative, aimed at embedding scientific
research into public sector HR policy-making and supporting Dubai’s vision of building a world-class, knowledge-driven government.
