The biophilic design includes green walls, water features, floating pods and natural
lighting thanks to a skylight roof that will support energy efficiency and support indoor
plant growth.

In addition, the mall has been designed to feature greenery, water features, natural
lighting, energy-efficient lighting, solar panels and green building materials. It will also
include smart tech features such as as interactive displays, smart lighting systems and
digital wayfinding.
