Sobha Realty, a leading real estate developer has commenced construction of a
mall in Dubai’s Sobha Hartland community, costing Ü57.2 million (AED 210 million).
The mall will cover approximately 339,000 square feet, with a gross leasable area of
115,000 square feet. It will include amenities like a supermarket, gym, play courts,
soft play/entertainment zone, and various restaurants, and will house 35 retail
shops and F&B outlets, with over 10 unique dining options.
The mall will also be designed keeping sustainability in mind, incorporating features
such as greenery, water elements, natural lighting, energy-eff icient lighting, solar
