These include a dynamic bowl with a cascading void spanning from the basement to
the roof, ensuring a compelling retail experience. Additionally, a strategically placed

media screen on the facade will enhance visibility. The biophilic design incorporates
green walls, water elements, floating pods, and natural lighting to create a tranquil
environment. The skylight roof will enable natural light to brighten the interior and
nurture plant growth.

Delighted on the unveiling of the mall, Ravi Menon, Co-Chairman of Sobha Group,

focused spaces that seamlessly combine convenience while offering multi-tier
retail stores, gourmet dining and diverse entertainment options. Beyond a retail

Scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2026, the project marks Sobha
Realty’s entry into the UAE retail sector.
