CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
THE POST WAY – WE C.A.R.E.! Why should we care?
By now, it’s probably become evident that Post University is NOT the typical organization you may have worked at previously. Our Make It Personal non-negotiable behaviors are distinct to Post University (see page 3a). We are different and proud of it!
Before we get into WHAT to expect on your journey with Post University or HOW we work, we think it is important for you to understand our WHY – why we are different and why we are inspired to be different. Our why is rooted in our mission, promise and fundamental beliefs. When you understand our why, it is much easier to understand how everything else fits together – including how you fit!
At Post University, we believe that personalized guidance, unwavering motivation, robust support, and a student-centered education are the catalysts that allow students to achieve their individual academic and
career goals. We shape workforce ready, socially responsible leaders through learning experiences, offered in and out of the classroom, designed to promote the exchange of knowledge, expand thinking, and refine practical and professional skills.
