inventor and humanist Leonardo da Vinci (April 15, 1452 – May 2, 1519),
considered a symbol of free expression, a visionary in the world of arts
– "World Diabetes Diagnosis Day"; By marking this day, attention is drawn to
the increasing increase in diabetes diseases. NOTE: November 14 marks
"World Diabetes Day"
– "Patriot's Day" has been marked since 1897 (only in some states of America
– Maine and Massachusetts), on the third Monday in April, when the beginning
of the War of Independence (more precisely, the 1775 battles of Lexington and
Concord, two cities close to Boston) are commemorated. On this day, public
institutions, except for federal services, close their doors, as well as some
shops; there are also various festivities, such as the famous Boston Marathon.
