How to put it into practice

Wapping Wharf is a development of residential
apartments just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge
at Bristol’s Floating Harbour. The management team
have received great praise for their engagement with
all site personnel. It’s resulting in a site that is gaining
recognition for inputting new initiatives to improve the
                                                          wellbeing and safety of all.

Robert Stanton (pictured with Kate O’Flynn, Document
Controller/Site Secretary), Project Director, leads by
example and sets the positive tone for safety on site.
Rob takes part in site inductions for new workers and
explains behavioural safety and positive intervention
principles. Rob empowers all personnel on site to take
part in safety tours including a member of the canteen
                                                          staff with great benefit.
