Pre-contract team – find it, win it!
Working in the construction sector, a lot of what we achieve is obvious in the physical structures
we build. It gets highlighted in trade and local press and is talked about because of its
impressive sustainability features or innovative design. But what about the teams that are vital
in making these projects come to life, but whose work is completed before the first brick is laid?
The pre-contract team is comprised of three distinct areas: Pre-contract offi ces:

the information required to win the job. Their skills in
writing cohesive and stand-out documents put us at
the top of the pile when it comes to winning bids.
