Bold Bowties No later than 1950s. eBay purchase in 2014. 65½"x80" Fabric: Cotton. Many are small-scale
waffle weaves. Batting: Light. Backing: Heavy cotton floral, hot pink and white on a medium dark green
ground. Edge: Back to front 5⁄8" and top stitched by machine. Piecing: By machines. Quilting: Tied with
red string. Condition: Very good. Two green pieces have residue on them that looks like the glue that holds
fabric at the end of a roll.
